How to request free SC by mail

Hand-print, on a plain 3" x 5" card, your full legal name, your date of birth, the email address on your Storm.us account, your full mailing address, and the statement: "I request free Sweeps Coins to participate in the Storm.us sweepstakes promotion."

Place the card in a plain #10 envelope. One request per envelope. Do not include multiple cards.

Mail it to the address listed in our Sweepstakes Rules. The current address is published there and may be updated; always verify before mailing.

Once received, we credit 5 free Sweeps Coins to the verified Storm.us account matching the email on your card.

Important: Requests must be hand-written (not typed) and must match a registered, verified Storm.us account. Typed requests will not be processed. You may submit one request per envelope. Requests without a matching account email will not be credited. The current mailing address, per-period request limits, and full terms are published in the Sweepstakes Rules.
