Tools you control

Set limits on your own terms

All tools live in Account, Responsible Gaming. No hoops, no waiting - change your settings any time. Tightening limits is instant; loosening limits requires a review period to protect you.

Purchase limits

Cap how much you spend on Gold Coins: daily, weekly, or monthly. Set a limit from Account, Responsible Gaming and it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a 48-hour cooling period.

Session reminders

Set a play-time reminder and Storm.us will alert you after you have been playing for your chosen duration. A nudge, not a block: it keeps you aware of how long you have been in session.

Cool-off

Take a short break. Choose a cool-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days) and Storm.us will lock play for that duration. You cannot cancel a cool-off early: it is a firm pause.

Self-exclusion

Step away for longer, or permanently. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during its term. Storm.us honors all self-exclusion requests and will not send promotional communications during an active exclusion.

Storm.us may also act on signs of harm - including limiting or closing accounts - to keep play safe. That is a promise, not a threat.
